Bob Jones Heritage Studies 3 relates in understandable language the story of America from the framing of the Constitution up until the days of the Wild West. Geography, allignment with Bible Truths, relevant world history, government, economics and culture are all presented to help better understand the background of the United States. Through this study, students will learn to sequence events, summarize data, make predictions, identify sources of information, work with graphs and formulate opinions. Exciting activities provide students with an outlet for the facts they learn such as building a model log cabin, folding the American flag, learning early American songs, and making musical instruments.
Heritage Studies 3: Sweet Land of Liberty examines the events from the Consitutional Convention through the Civil War and Westward expansion.
